Plant & Machinery

The Cold Storage & Frozen chambers Comprises of insulated sandwich panels made of polyurethane lined with metal skins on the both side having density of 37 Kg /m3 sq. with thickness of 150mm.

The air temperature is reduced by using refrigeration system using two stage reciprocating compressors (Kirloskar make) and evaporated condensers for the Frozen and single stage compressors for the cold storage. The Anhydrous Ammonia is used as refrigerant as this is environment friendly.

As the cold storage is being a continuous process we have taken an extra set at all the level of plant and machinery. We worked 24 hours and no break is allowed round the year.

As we all knows that the electricity is always in short supply in U.P and the availability of it is limited to the extend of 16 to 18 hours in a day we have full power back up that too with extra set of DG.

The Loading and unloading of the materials from or into the refrigerated trucks is done with the help of dock and every frozen chamber is having proper Anti Room.
